Purchased for a graduation party and it arrived dented and caved in beyond use. Called Amazon for a replacement. Customer service was good. Replacement item arrived today but it also arrived today dented and with a slight twit. It took well over a week to receive the replacement! Does not sit flat on table because of the dents. Turned it on, it does work. Indicated light works for the front rollers but not for the rear roller. Heats up and rollers do turn. Graduation party is 3 days away so my hands are tied, I am counting on the cooker...so I will have to keep the dented and twisted item! Fingers crossed that it lasts for the party! Disappointed!!!

I'll have to admit, I was expecting a rather cheap, clunky product. This really surprised me. It was well built, quiet and cooked hot dogs super fast. Be sure to stay close by if you turn it on high, they will cook in about ten minutes.

This machine cooks the hot dogs quickly and evenly. I'm still learning how to clean the rollers in the most efficient way. This is a great product. In fact, so great that our school bought 2.

I would give this product no stars if I could, I bought this item May 2019 for our church picnic every year, however last year it was canceled due to the pandemic, so when we received it in the mail it sat at the church unopened until today when we attempted to use it for the church picnic! It got hot very quickly however not all the rollers work and members of the church were very disappointed! This thing is junk! Do not buy! It’s a shame because I thought this was a quality item, it’s not!

I have used the expensive machines and was a bit apprehensive due to the price of this cooker. I can say I am happy with the purchase. It cooks evenly. The motor is quiet. The rollers did stain from a few overcooked brats, but that was my fault for leaving them on. Good size. Fits on the kitchen counter.
