I cannot say enough good things about the Reaction Tackle Ultimate organizers. I love them. I like the 3700 sized organizers a tiny bit more than the 3600 sized ones because the fit my bag more snugly. That being said, both sizes are far superior in the way they are designed than the organizers made by any other company.Important note when choosing between the 3600 and 3700 trays. If you own or will buy the Large or E-Large versions of either the Reaction Tackle or KastKing tackle bags the 3600 sized trays will fit. No problem. Although the 3700 sized trays fit snugger. The Small, Medium and Backpack tackle bags by these two companies will ONLY accommodate the 3600 sized trays.Finally, this is just my experience, I used the 3600 sized trays and later purchased the 3700 sized trays. I had six 3600 sized trays that were almost filled. The 3700 sized trays will accommodate a significantly greater number of items. I transferred 6 trays worth of gear from the 3600 sized trays into only 4 of the 3700 sized trays. I now have several empty 3700 sized trays to add more gear to later.

Great cases that stay closed. The four snaps can be a bit cumbersome especially when the flop around and prevent a quick single handed open or close. For my needs having limited storage on the boat, small tackle organizers vs a large hard box made more sense and these are more durable than many I have used in the past. Plus, with latches on each side, I have not had any issues with these getting accidentally knocked open.

I honestly wouldn't buy this again. The sections across the front are to small to hold much of anything. I kept them because the quality is not bad just a portion of the box is not very good for what I wanted to store in it do to to small.
