I was a bit scared to order this product based on some of the reviews that reported paper jamming in printers. But my HP Photosmart D7560 was badly in need of a cleaning, so I went ahead and bought it. It arrived today and I've put six sheets through the printer, 3 with the tacky side up and 3 with the tacky side down. No jams! And it cleaned the printer. Note -- when the paper started coming out I helped it a little. Perhaps that was what made the difference. Anyway, the product worked for me.

Tried using this product on my HP M477fnw laser printer, but it kept sticking to the rollers which caused a paper jam. I tried it twice, but it would not work with my printer.

It made a big improvement in the print quality of my printer but unfortunately didn't clear it all up all the mess but I don't think it was the cleaner sheets fault, it was cheaper toner cartridges the got the printer clogged. Unfortunately cheaper in the end to spend $100.00 on a new color laser than regut the old one.

This product did little for my printer. First, the product does NOT look like the picture (you get a black package rather than a blue package, and you get slightly different text on the cover). I used the PathKleen in my Brother MFC-9840CDW (a massive 100-pound multifunction printer). As others have noted, you can do no harm on a massive Brother. If the PathKleen jams into a fan fold, simply open the back door and remove the PathKleen; the PathKleen remains good and can be fed back as many times as you want, despite the wrinkles. My Brother had (has) black roller marks on the edges of all printouts. The PathKleen is sticky in the middle, not the edges where I needed cleaning. After using about half the PathKleen package, with no visible change, I tried an alternative. I opened Word, selected new, selected print, put a clean sheet of regular photocopy paper in the drop-down feeder, used a Q-tip to slather alcohol on the dirty edge of my printouts (I applied the alcohol only to the middle two thirds of the left edge, not the top where the printer grabs the paper and not the bottom where I wanted the paper to blot out any excess alcohol on the rollers), and hit print. I did this multiple times, slathering each time and turning the paper each time so that I inserted each blank damp-edge sheet of paper all four possible ways. Now my edges are cleaner but not perfect. After the alcohol treatment, I ran another piece of PathKleen through. Once again, PathKleen did no good and it did no harm.

I tried several sheets, and still get smudges but I think it may be the fault of either my toner cartridge or the laser printer (both are pretty old). This is what happens: If I haven't used the printer for a few hours and then print a sheet, the first sheet comes out with some "shadow typing" smudges but if I print sheets continually one after the other, the pages come out very clean. So I'm thinking maybe the cartridge is leaking or the printer itself is dying of old age. Anyway that's why the 4 star instead of 5 star review.

I have a Brother MFC 7820N that has been an office workhorse since 2006. Lately, it was having multiple paper jams each day due to paper dust collecting on the rollers. I googled the problem and found the recommendation was to take the machine apart and clean the rollers. However, the technical manual for this was very unclear and after only a minutes of trying to do this decided to try PathKleen. I have used just one of the 10 cleaning sheets and already my Brother MFC 7820N is working as good as the 1st day I set it up in 2006. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend PathKleen to anyone experience paper jams due to dirty rollers in their machine!!!

Doesn't work! This doesn't seem to clean the rollers at all (still getting roller marks even after I tried several sheets). The worst part is that it will jam the printer almost every time. It's thick and adhesive-enough to catch or stick to the rollers and crinkle the paper through the machine, but not tacky enough to apparently pull off ink. A waste of money unfortunately.

I used this on my Brother MFC 9800 ancient printers that keeps on going and I refill the toner with the cheapest laser toner I can find. The first sheet went through the manual feed just fine. I told it to copy and then it pulled the sheet through. I thought for good measure I would try a second but that one made a fan, so I might have put it in crooked. Anyway, the printing did improve and it is as clean as a whistle now. Maybe I will get another 10 year out of the printers now.

worked as expected... I cannot tell if this make a huge difference since I cleaned myself the drums first and change the toner for a better one.

Mi impresora tenÃa el problema de que el papel a veces no cargaba bien y tenÃa que empujar a mano cada hoja.El manual de la impresora recomienda usar papel limpiador para arreglar ese problema pero no encontré el original de la marca asà que decidà probar con este.Es sólo papel con un poco de pegamento en un lado. El polvo y restos de tinta que estaban en el mecanismo se quedan pegados en el papel.Mi impresora tiene un "modo limpieza" asà que supongo que por eso funcionó bien el papel. No lo usarÃa en una impresora donde el papel de varias vueltas porque se podrÃa quedar atorado.

Compré este articulo ya que mi impresora me sugirió ingresar una hora de este tipo para solucionar un problema de que no jalaba papel. Cuando la use salió muy poca marca de basura y pensé que no funcionarÃa pero en realidad ahora ya no se atasca el papel.

The sheet is sticky paper. It got stuck in the printer with loud noise. I had to pull out manually 3 times.Some debris (some roller or fuser film pieces) came out of the printer. It looks like it ripped off some roller surface and left debris of damages. The printer or toner cartridge may be damaged as it prints very large smudges. I had wanted to fix smudge issue with this product but instead it damages the printer. This item does not work and the seller must stop selling.
