Once the pillow was out of the package and settled, it looked great! It felt even better. Filler materials are solid and supportive. It arrived just before I found myself bed-ridden from a nasty cold. It was just what I needed. Great product.

Perfect size, great support and seems to be well made. I had read several reviews regarding it having an odor but if there is one, it was minimal and already non-existent after a few hours.

My wife's neck causes her a lot of pain, especially around the end of the day. She loves to read in bed until she is sleepy, but she was down to about five minutes of reading before the neck pain was too much to sit up. This pillow looked and sounded good, so, we decided to give it a try. If you are expecting me to say it was a miracle cure, sorry. That really doesn't happen (much), but, after a couple of nights she was comfortable enough to go back to 25 to 30 minutes of reading. Also, I made her breakfast in bed for her birthday, and she was able to comfortably eat it in bed. This may not seem like a significant improvement to you, but, believe me, she certainly thinks it is.

I was contacted by the seller shortly after the review below and was offered a refund. Their customer service was impressive. A company that cares about their customers satisfaction is a company I’d do business with again. Which is the case here.After several trips in the dryer I no longer detect the chemical smell. I decided to keep the pillow as it is super comfy-supportive and soft.I upgraded the overall rating. As mentioned below, I’d give 5* if there was no chemical smell needing airing out.————————————————————————————-The bad:The stuffing smells like chemicals which in turn makes the covering as well. I have washed the cover but it’s no match for the stuffing. It’s in an airing-out place currently. We’ll see what happens. Otherwise I guess my money's wasted as a bulldozer couldn’t flatten it enough to return to the original packaging.The good:. It is soft and cozy. I put in the dryer upon receipt and it formed perfectly after 15 minutes.. I like that the cover can be washed.. I like that the stuffing can be removed if too plump for your liking. I actually removed quite a bit and honestly it just loves to plump itself. I swear it’s the same size it was initially.. It’s a great size for a tall person. It gives good supportIf it wasn’t for the chemical smell I’d give it 5 stars. If you have allergies you’ll definitely notice the smell.I will say however, my husband couldn’t pick up what I did. So there’s that.

Comfy and firm. We don’t have a couch so I spend most of my time reading, watching tv, or doing hobby-like tasks in bed. So comfy we got my husband one for himself! Expands quickly, even more-so if you put it in the dryer. Good buy, worth the money!

It's comfortable and easy to set up. the problem is that it has a musty smell to it. I've sprayed it with smell removal and it helped a little, but not much.

Large is thick and good quality. Very comfortable, 2 of the large barely fit on our queen sized bed - I think I will remove a little bit of the fill on both to make them fit better - and they will still be very comfortable. Outside material is very good quality and soft - no strange odors!
