I bought using the part number (26-2104), knowing that it’s actually the kit I needed.However the description and title for this product on Amazon is incorrect. They need to correct itReadylift part number 26-2104 is a F150 4” block kit. Refer to Readylift’s website for the correct part number of what you’re looking for.

It's 4 inch blocks. No leaf springs.
