Each pad has colored tabs on the hook-loop side to track which pads are used on what surface, how many times they are laundered, or whatever tracking system a person uses. These pads fit my Duop mop head, a personal favorite

I didn't like these. They were so stiff it seemed like they had cardboard in the middle of them. I typically order the eCloth brand, and these looked very similar, but they were stiff even after getting them wet. I didn't like the feel of wringing them out, so I returned them.
