I would gave this product 5 stars, but the screw that makes the stand was approximately 1/8 to short. I do a lot of my on repair around here, and I save bolts and other items I think I might need some day. I would of contact them but I kept putting off installing by security system, and the warranty is void. It has taken me over a year to do this because I worked a lot of overtime. I will say the picture is very good, and the product looks really good. It is to bad that I couldn't give them 5 stars.

The only downside I have with my Monitor is that I can’t turn it off at night, it’s meant to stay on all the time which my monitor is in my living room and it is very bright

We used this monitor for our security system at our business, and today the power adapter exploded and caught on fire while we were sitting right next to it. No power surges happened, no power strips involved - plugged directly into outlet. We are VERY lucky this didn’t happen while we were not here or our business would have caught fire!!!

Since it is used 24 hours a day get the warrant. Don’t drive the controls to hard. Lowers the life of the unit.
