This replaced an older version from another manufacturer and is much better at holding the shotgun in place on a knee, even without using hands. The stiff foam and knobs inside make a world of difference. Hate to be without it when I've got a long wait for a bird to show.

I got for my ten year old grandson for turkey hunting. With rest he can sit perfectly still with balance shotgun on knee and the turkeys will walk right up to him and yes he bagged two gobbers.

Awesome product. Really saves your knee when your sitting for extended periods of time. Helps you stabilize your sights too. Would not go in the woods without it
