Good fit, installation is easy enough.Problems arise in removing, not installing, be careful.The oem part uses an aluminum collar, this piece has a brass collar, which could be a problem as it is mounting to aluminum, this increases the chance for rust.But overall it is the right size, right fit.And if you don't need to replace the entire arm, this is the same mounting as my original was, so the pieces are interchangeable.
