This little mail/key holder is a cute addition to the home! But it doesn’t have space for large letters (like most mail these days) and is better suited for greeting card sized mail.

Works great! Exactly how I expected! Easy to hang, did have to adjust the part on back it wasn't fitting the screw right but then it went in perfectly!

Really bad quality, came with a dent because the driver threw on the floor he don’t even ring the doorbell, also came with white putty in some areas, also was just primed not painted, a lot of missing areas that needs primer and paint

The look of this unit is attractive and sleek. Very easy to install with helpful instructions, a measuring bar for the holes, and plenty of hardware. I was really pleased with the unit until we tried to use it.The first letter we got, I slipped it into my assigned slot and...it was .5 inches too small for the envelope. Frustratingly close, and yet, too small! My mistake, really, as I looked back at the measurements listed and indeed, it clearly says it's only 9" across, while a standard business envelope is 9.5" across.A frustrating design flaw in an otherwise beautiful unit.The hooks also were a little loose and started to wiggle back and forth after a week of putting my keys on one of the hooks. Mind you, I do have a tool, 4 keys, and a fob on my chain, so it isn't 'light', but it isn't exactly heavy, either.Still, we're returning it because the letters don't fit, and that's the main reason we bought it. Alas!
