Delivery was on time seems pretty sturdy. Assembly was OK some of the hole for the screws were a little small so putting the screws in could be a bit challenging

I'm 73 years old and was able to put this item together all by myself. My adult daughter did help me lift the top part to connect with the bottom part once I had put everything together. Product was well packaged and easy to remove from box. All parts were high quality and solidly made. Parts and tools were clearly marked and the installation manual was so easy to follow that a child could understand it. This is the perfect entry way furniture.

This isn’t super sturdy, but it definitely met our needs. It holds 6 adult pairs of shoes/shandals. It’s nice to be able to sit down and put on your shoes. I also appreciate having a place to hang a coat or umbrella. The cost of the unit was great, the cost for shipping it, not so much hence the rating.
