They come with chains to hold the bunk pins. they rattle like crazy when driving, i removed them day one and used a magnet to hold the pins when not in use.There is only mattress holders on the outside so when you fold the beds up the mattress falls down and makes it difficult to fold it back out. The metal arms extend well past the top and bottom bunks, creating a constant knee/shin killer along with danger of hitting head on upper bunk bars when down.The beds don’t have enough support for adults, my back hurt pretty bad after sleeping on it for one night. I will be adding wood slats to improve support going forward.One of the nuts was welded in crocked so one frame bolt hits the other parts of the frame when opening and closing the lower bunk.I did install these bunks in a 2016 sprinter with just minor modifications.

This is a narrow twin so it 29†wide vs a twin which is 38†wide. Its advertised incorrectly and cost me $1,600 loss!! The frame is such light aluminum it is likely to fold/break in first use! Also inconsistent and poor welds as seen in pics. Buyer Beware!!
