RecPro products are amazing. The quality is everlasting. This is my second purchase for this item. Somehow Amazon shipped my first order to my home address when I changed the shipping address prior to placing the order. RecPro refunded the cost and informed me that, there was no need to return the original order, instead I was instructed to donate it to someone. This proves that GREAT customer service still exist. I will continue to purchase their products, not only due to the quality bu the fact that RecPro are a company who appreciates their customers. I truly recommend their products.

It was exactly as described and went on easy. I opened the box, as instructed, and unfolded the membrane and left it flat for about two days to eliminate creases. I just thought some printed installation instructions would have been helpful.

Poor packaging, flimsy box. It’s heavy and needs a better box. I put a blue tarp down in the driveway and put the rubber roof on the tarp to heat up and get ready to roll. About two hours and was ready. Very heavy (35 ft). Adhesive is good and sealant is good best for a two person job. I did by myself. A full days work.

I did a re-roof on my brothers RV in the middle of November in Missouri. Daytime temps were in the 60-70 degree range initially, but a storm blew throw and tanked it to 30 to 50 degrees during the day. What should have been a week long trip stretched into 2 weeks. This product should not have been used at those temperatures, but if you can do it during the middle of the day, it works fine even at those temperatures. I would say if you do this as a project, have it be enclosed or at least under something to protect it all from the elements if possible, and having 2 people is much better than only one person doing it, especially if it's cold outside.This product wasn't even on my list of purchases because I did have a deadline that I needed to follow, but the much more expensive and potentially 'better' roofing material that was only supposed to be 2 days from ordering took a week to arrive, whereas this product that said it would take them a week to show up took 2 days, came with all the glue and caulking that I needed to work on this project. If you need a good material to do the job, this one is great in my opinion.

2g adhesive was plenty for 30ft/8ft roof. Unfold and/or roll membrane onto pvc pipe ASAP to help with wrinkles. You WILL want to buy extra butyl putty tape AND extra LAP seal (including non-sag for all verical edges/seams). The self leveling seal in this kit is not very "self leveling" but is easier to work with than Pro-rec (tho harder to work with, leveled MUCH nicer). Do NOT bend any termination trim bars. Replace all rotten wood under trim areas or new screws wont hold. Good luck and dont give up!

To make a long story short - my order said it was shipped, waited 2 weeks come to find out it was never shipped in the first place RecPro customer service blamed Amazon as the 3rd party shipper - which was confirmed a lie after I called Amazon costumer service. When I began messaging RecPro trying to get a solution they cancelled my order then told me I could reorder my item at an $164 price increase. The Rec Pro customer service was the absolute WORST. The lady basically told me to get over it and they could care less about bad reviews. I strongly encourage anyone needing products sold by RecPro to go another route. I re-ordered the same product from a different seller and after speaking with them they overnighted my pkg just as a courtesy to make up for all the crappy rude service from RecPro. If I could leave zero stars on this I would. RecPro could care less about their customers. As many times as I’ve ordered things- I’ve never dealt with more incompetent , rude A-holes than RecPro!!! Place your order elsewhere unless you want to deal with THE worst bunch of “Karen†type customer service ever!!!

Rubber seems nice and strong, but the glue failed on my first trip and the wind caused a rip in the rubber exposing glue that was still tacky?? I doused the roof with a think layer but it never seemed to set. My first trip was over a month after installation so I'm not sure what happened. I put another layer of glue down and re-taped everything.. hope it holds this time!
