So I hade tried various types of adhesives without any luck. This reminds me of that stuff the use in rodent traps. Definitely will buy again if a perfect calls for something like this. Also it's made in the USA.

The product worked fine, after I experimented with it and learned how to use it. The container has no instructions on it at all. Also, the manufactures website has been down for about 2 months now. I ordered this product well ahead of time for a project that I had. Fortunately, I was able to read different blogs to figure out the basics. Product itself seems to have worked well enough, I wouldn't recommend trying to do a large area with it, it gets tacky on the first part very quickly, pushing you to lay the rubber prematurely, and then having to work the bubbles out!
