I love the 11x16 inch size, true sheet cake size pan. I was happy when I saw this on Vine. I had a sheet cake recipe that I wanted to try, I needed a sheet cake pan, so I ordered it. I baked my first cake in it and it came out perfect. Golden brown and moist. The thing that I’m not so thrilled about is the lid. It doesn’t seem to fit as air tight as I like. The handles are a bit flimsy also. I think for $25 though, it’s not bad.

This pan is great for cake or even other desserts like cookies. I love that it comes with a top making this easy to carry. I used it for my Christmas cookies this year and it worked nice to travel from place to place with them.

I'm the dessert queen when it comes to Pot Luck Luncheon and this cake pan with a lid is the best thing for this busy mom. I have a cake pan with a lid already but the size is small and it would take 2 of the cake pans for parties and events. This cake pan is larger so no more carrying 2 pans to a party or social event like a potluck at work. I like that the lid locks onto the baking pan and has a handle for easy carry. This baking pan can make 2 boxes of cake or brownie mix which is the perfect size for everyone's favorite dish...dessert. I'm using this baking pan tonight to make brownies for my husband's work potluck lunch tomorrow. It's locked securely and the handle is ready for transport. I will get a lot of use out of this awesome baking pan with a lock on the lid.
