The assembly instructions for each step and the sealing components are easy to follow. It's sturdy, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I love its display screen, and the backrest is very comfortable... This is my first piece of exercise equipment, and I'm thrilled with it. I believe the price is well worth it.

This exercise bike was easy to assemble and it looks like it’s very well-made. The only issue I have is the company says it’s compatible with Kinomap, but it’s not on Kinomaps approved brand list on the app. I was able to connect it to Kinomap, but I haven’t used all the options yet.

The sliding seat mount came installed backwards from the factory causing seat to tilt down steeply making unit un-usable. The seat rail on which it slides is enclosed in factory assembled plastic housing so not easily remedied. Waiting to hear from manufacturer but quality control seems lacking for this to leave factory this way.UPDATE: customer support was very quick to respond to help resolve the issue and sent a video showing the steps to reverse the seat rail so I was able to complete assembly. Have only used bike briefly but solid and very quiet. Foot straps on pedals are too small so I'll need to change those.

Item is well made and works great, but I was not happy with the cushion during the very first use. I then ordered a retrofit cushion made for recumbent exercise bikes which made it much nicer to use.Update: After seeing my review, customer service quickly contacted me and reimbursed me for the price of the cushion I bought to go with it. I was very impressed that they would contact me to see what they could do to make me happy. Super great customer service! I would definitely recommend this item and making a purchase from this seller again.
