I use these flags everyday in my Notary business! They work great! They don't leave adhesive on the documents and show signers exactly where they need to sign!

These stickers serve a purpose and do fairly well at it but occasionally I will get a roll that has adhesive where it shouldn't be and it can cause documents to stick together, which can be a serious problem if it causes signatures to be missed for example. Another issue I've had and it's annoying more than anything, but when they are overly sticky they cause the dispenser that you can get for them to jam and it's just a pain to fix it, not to mention the wasted time. Still though, it's not like these are some intricately designed parts for a rocket or something. They are little stickers to tell people where to sign and they do a good enough job of this for me to continue to purchase them. No product can be perfect, right? If you need this type of item, these are good enough.

I go through these little tags frequently at work. The prepackaged "pop-up" ones are so expensive, I was saving them to reuse...bent and all! I found these knowing they were "refills" but just used them straight out of the box. I just use the next flag to hold the roll closed. Mine came on clear plastic, not the white shown in the photo, but I don't think it makes much difference. At my local office store, the price of their flags works out to be over 5 cents each...here they are just over 2-cents each...and free shipping. Nice savings! Maybe one day I will spring for the dispenser!!!

Elderly clients are fun.I imagine that the only other business that might use more "sign here" stickies than my CPA firm would be a real estate broker.Thank goodness for BRIGHT RED flags. If not for you we would be buried in follow up calls with our clients because they didn't sign in the right places.Thank goodness for REMOVABLE flags. If not for you my scanned PDFs of client-returned documents would be black and white and RED.Thank goodness for being on Amazon. I couldn't find these refills through my usual supply channels. I was throwing money away by buying up brand new flag dispensers before I found these replacements. Now, I can instead throw away money buying these increasingly-more-expensive stamps. Stamps... because not everyone knows how to scan/email or dare I say fax.Elderly clients are fun.

I use these a lot at my office. It was getting hard to find the refill rolls of them. Amazon to the rescue. They stick well but come off easy. They are easy to write on so my assistant will sometimes write names on them so I get the right signature in the right place. It's a big help to me since then I don't forget a signature. I'll definitely be ordering them again!
