Wish I had this when we first moved in. Works great. Clears the drain with just one use.

This worked great. I had to 'engineer' an extension pipe to connect the gun to the clogged line. The line is 3/4" PVC. It connects to the evaporator box via a "T" for the standpipe vent. I only needed to clear one side of the "T", but the gun's nozzle wouldn't fit through the "T" to seal against the drain line. A short section of 1/2" PVC tube was all we needed. With duct tape wrapping the end of this smaller pipe, placed through the "T" to provide a small amount of sealing function on the end of the drain pipe. The clog instantly, and violently cleared. My condensate line drains into the drain pipe of a bathroom sink drain. The force of the clog clearing pressure sprayed back material back up and out of the sink. This caused a bit of unexpected cleanup. I should have closed the stopper on the sink to avoid that. Otherwise, this was a very easy fix.

Tried it. made a tight seal but pressure was low. Thought maybe i did something wrong. Tried again and same thing. Wasted 2 cartages. maybe just something is wrong with this unit. I was told these work fine. Strange

This did not work for me but would probably work for a minor clog. This AC condensation line was in such an awkward place and too small for a regular snake I ended up having to cut a section of pipe with the clog out altogether and replace it. This clog was thick and hard. So I don't think this gadget stood a chance.

Works great for blowing out drain lines for RTU’s or if your on the Hot Side this will work great for clearing fill/drain lines for open fryers that may have clog, debris, crumb… when people aren’t cleaning equipment properly.***update*** you can use those CO2 refills at sporting good stores you just have to put a small hex nut on the bottom of the CO2 housing so it will bring up the cartridge up a little bit so it can be punctured when you tighten the top cap on.

I tried to clear a small drain and all I got out of the cartridge was a very small burst of gas. Thought I did something wrong. I tried with another cartridge, same result!!! Had to use my nitrogen to clear the drain. Reached out to the company, no response!! Can’t return the item!!

I concur that there is some variance in the product from one order to the next as the reviews will illustrate. I can only say that my product worked. I did experience some leakage of the CO2 gas when assembling the dispenser and cartridge, and when I pulled the trigger the pressure didn't feel overwhelming. However, it is hard to argue that the drain line has never looked so clean from inside, and there was a puddle of goo at the other end of the drain line outside.I had tried everything... Green Goobler, baking soda + vinegar, bleach, even liquid plumber (I know you really shouldn't). I even tried a drain auger, but couldn't get it past the first 90deg from inside at the air handler ( I was able to run out the whole 25 feet of cable from outside, but didn't reach the clog. How effective (if at all) this product would have been had I not done all that in the days beforehand, it's hard to say. All I can say is if you do all I did, then hit it wil the Gallo Gun, your drain line will be pristine.
