Used these in some 2.2s for my wraith. Fit pretty good or atleast in a way that I like and prefer. Some and squishy, makes them grat crawler tires. Durable and well made. No issues installing them in the tires.

While I am a fan of these types of tire inserts over foam, I didnt get much information about how stiff these are and for what general weight of a crawler they would be best for.These are (IMO) best for a crawler in the 6-10lb range... maybe heavier, as they are very stiff.
