Very good psychrometer. It gives instant readings of Dry Bulb Temp; Wet Bulb Temp; & Dew Point. And of course relative humidity.As for the thermometer accuracy, I tested it alongside my thermocouple thermometer and they both give the same reading.

I purchased this to do some testing around my house as we tweak our HVAC/dehumidification system. Not only was this device wildly inaccurate, but it was also completely inconsistent, even after calibration with the required and expensive calibration kit. I returned the whole mess, and instead opted for a few AcuRite sensor kits for continuous and far more accurate measurement and logging.

This thing is a piece of junk, a toy. Can't be calibrated properly and is the cheapest made item known to man.

I bought 2 of them. I used them before and found them to be really reliable.i work in property management. Showing a owner or tenant a reading on this instrument of 65% relative humidity makes it easier to convince them to use their exhaust fans, and refrain from hanging clothes to dry on clothesline’s in the basement.

Returned the product because it was OFF 7 points. I tested it with a high-end clibrated meter. I never got a reimboursement. This is one purchase on 100 that I lost a good amount of money. Would definately not recommend this company or product.

Have used Reed for 25 years in the trade, never had an issue with their products, however, this is the second one ordered through Amazon, first one arrived working but within a week temp was showing about 5c below actual temp. Amazon kindly replaced it for free, second one arrived this morning and it doesn't work right out of the box, this one shows temp about 10c lower than actual, very frustrating, I'm contacting Reed to voice my dismay with their quality control. Give this one a swerve.
