The problem I had with my old foam roller was the amount of room that it requires to use. That's because that I use the roller on my area rug in my living room, and it's not easy to move my table provide adequate space to use the foam roller.With this wheel, it's much easier to use and I can leave it behind the sofa. Something i didn't expect was that the size of the wheel makes it eaiser to use more often than the foam roller. Easy to just grab and use for a commercial break while watching tv. This is a big difference compared to the relatively awkward foam roller.I wasn't sure if it was going to be the right size for me at first, but i find that the 5" width is a good mix between support and effectiveness. All your weight is sitting over the wheel, so you do want a bit of support, and the rubber on the outside makes it comfortable to sit in the right zone.

Let my start off by saying that I do not do yoga, and only purchased this to help with pretty severe back pain. My only complaint is that I didn’t know this existed sooner. After having my baby, I’ve been waking up with a VERY stiff and painful back. Just the worst pain. I’ve done physical therapy and would only get short term relief. After buying this wheel and using it to stretch my back for about 10 seconds only, I INSTANTLY felt better. I couldn’t believe it. My back was no longer stiff and my pain disappeared. Literally disappeared. It is not the most comfortable thing when using it but for 10 seconds of slight discomfort to end up with a pain free back it is absolutely worth it. My sister is a dentist and likely doesn’t have the best supportive chair, I told her how this worked magic for me so she ordered one too. She has had the same results as I had. I love it.

Got this wheel to help aleviate lower to mid back discomfort. It provides a good stretch, however it is pretty hard which makes it a little painful on the skin and muscle. I have to put a pillow over it when rolling back onto it and that does work to stop it from being painful. The padding on it is a bit thin. The wheel itself is super durable.

I've been eyeing this for awhile now and finally decided to purchase and I'm so glad I did. It stretched my back so well, better than traditional yoga has. Very sturdy and comfortable my only complaint is it's a little larger in diameter than I think I would prefer and the width that you lay on is a little thin so I have to be very slow laying backwards or it can fall over and possibly hurt myself. Even though I say those are complaints they are 100% my own preference and also bc I never used one before I didn't know what to expect. All in all a great product and would recommend.

Worked well and popped my back but actually kinda painful to use. The roller is quite hard and the padding doesn't extended all the way across. Returned to buy the chirp wheel and I'm much happier now.

I'm loving this prop. It feels great on your back and it works in a way, I don't think nothing could. The great thing about this wheel is that it is just the right size and hardness. It is hard enough to cause things to move and open up yet not too hard that would cause pain or injury. It works on your entire back and affects single vertebrates. I'm doing a little stretch every day in the morning and I feel more energy than ever. With age our backs become stiff and don't bend backwards. This is a age reverse tool for sure.

I have been having chronic back pain and it was getting so frustrating. I tried an acupressure mat which only helped while I was laying on it. I tried a massage hook which probably made things worse. But this little wheel is amazing. I just received it today and after the first use my back feels so much better and the tight/stiff feeling is much improved. Instantly I could feel all these tiny cracks as I rolled from my mid to upper back. Relief! I’m over 200 lbs and the wheel didn’t bend even a little bit.I will definitely be using this every day and will recommend it to anyone who has back pain.

I bought this to assist in gaining flexibility in my upper back. My pectoral muscles get quite tight and it’s a hard area to stretch. This works beautifully for mobilizing this area. I use the wheel 3x a week and remained pain between uses. If you have been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome, give this a try. This works much better than steroid injections.

The yoga wheel has really helped my back pain by allowing me to stretch in different ways and being able to crack my back.The sturdiness is great for me, I am 170lbs. However, my partner is 250lbs and I saw it bending under him. Regardless it didn’t break. The padding in it make it quite comfortable and I have no issues

Great yoga wheel, for the price it’s the best yoga wheel you could purchase, I have all my fitness clients get this product to stretch out shoulders and lower back for posing in bikini competitions. Great for anyone in yoga or needing better lower back support and flexibility. Great stretch in core and back / shoulders as well

I purchased the item as I as I have had Some back pain since having a baby.. I tried this as soon as I got itvand it worked wonderfully in cracking my back ,and my back and felt great afterwards.. And as an added bonus it also works as a fun toy for my one year old He absolutely loves running around with it. All jokes aside It's actually really good I suggest trying it out, I'm a large woman and was worried about my weight on it but it was no problem.

I've been having lower back pain, and couldn't go to the chiropractor because of a shoulder injury. (Can't have pressure on the shoulder to crack my back) so I got this, and it really helps. I should have probably gotten a slightly smaller one, but this still does the job. Just be careful! I've been resting my head on the couch to get my lower back done.Their site for an extended warranty doesn't exist though, so you're on your own I guess!
