- Collar is composed of two sections: a fixed neck loop and a control loop. The lead is to be attached to the D-ring on the control loop, which adjusts. The control loop is relaxed when dog walks nicely, it tightens when dog pulls, which causes discomfort that encourages dog to stop pulling. The loop loose itself once dog stops pulling, your dog will learn not to pull while walking.
- YUDOTE martingale collars are made from soft yet strong nylon webbing, effective but gentle than those metal choke ones.
- Best choice for dogs with heads smaller than their necks that can wriggle out of normal collars.

I've found these collars to be good quality and has held up well against my two dogs who are pullers. The plastic lock mechanism seems to be sturdy and has shown no signs of deteriorating so far. I will add to my review in the future if it does.I also really like how bright the colors are. The thin reflective stripes are not enough to provide warning when out on walks in the dark.

This collar is as beautiful as it is durable & functional but is not made to leave on while not walking your dog! 2 of my dogs were playing & one got her mouth stuck inside this collar worn by the other & the one wearing it was almost strangled. Thank goodness I was home & was able to get the collar off…*****There should be a warning that this is not an everyday, all purpose collar…

Bought this for my small dog in a small. The collar itself fits however the width of the collar is that you would expect on a larger dog. 🤦ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸ if you have a small dog beware of the width.

The martingale collar is very good -- great value and an extra small sturdy martingale collar is hard to find. I have used the same with their other sizes as well and they have lasted -- use them when our rescue dogs arrive into foster care.
