Works just as advertised. Great tool for my kid's development especially now that my daughter is taking basketball more seriously. It's pretty versatile and you can be creative with the drills but what I like most is that you can see ideas for parents who want to work with their kids online and it just makes it much more useful to me. I'm sure professionals could use this as well for independent clients, but it was easy for a mom 😆. Definitely recommended

A good idea for a mother's Parkinsons -special!Flying 6,000 miles to give it at Christmas - very special!!Having one of the 5 disks refuse to work despite multiple charging, begging, rereading of instructions and making the whole thing utterly useless - super special!Not wanting to drag it all the way back for a refund because... the hassle - priceless....

Not sure about the negative reviews. The unit came with instructions and actually, I didn't need them. I coach three boys soccer teams and wanted something for quick feet training. it is competitive for sure!It's simple to set up and the remote does the work for you. You can use the units manually or set to auto. Choose a separate color for each unit, combo of colors or all one color. For our use one color is about all we need though one can see in some instances perhaps a color(s) could be the target. Set the time interval for each flash of the units from half-second on up and go. If you hit the target prior to the time allowed the unit stays quiet. Too slow it beeps. It's a lot of fun, it serves our intended purpose and the boys like challenging each other. I will say if you are going to use on a smooth surface such as gym floor, purchase some stick on rubber pads to keep from slipping as bottoms are plastic.Gonna buy another set.
