Love the color and works well. The lower stars are for the loop—too small to get my finger through to pull it off and I’m a petite person. Have to fumble around to try to peel it off from the velcro end that’s curled up. Even harder to do in the winter months with gloves on.

I’ve been using XM leashes for years. This particular leash is junk. The Velcro around the ankle strap does not hold well, making it worthless in anything but the weakest surf. Not something you want to use with anything but a foam board. Very disappointed in XM brand.Update: XM corrected this issue by sending me a replacement leash. They mentioned a bad batch of Velcro from a supplier effecting some of the leashes this summer. Hopefully the same XM high quality will be evident with the replacement leash.
