I bought 2 of these for my nephews, 6 and 3. They are Dinosaur obsessed!! I received a phone call, on December 26th, from excited boys saying it was the best gift they received. It even "blew smoke". Easy to use, and fun!

I have bought this dinosaur twice now for a birthday and Christmas gift. Great gift. Kids loved it. Dinosaur walks great on smooth surface and smoke does come out of it!!

Amazon delivered a product to my nephew in India that was missing a crucial part. I am based in the US and this was a birthday gift to a young child. As soon as I realized that the product was missing the part, I contacted Amazon DURING the return window to explain that the internal rechargeable battery was missing. This is a specialized battery that I cannot just buy myself. It was supposed to be included with the product. I understand that the remote batteries are not included but I'm not talking about those.. This internal battery was separate and should have been included (it's what the USB port charges).Since I contacted Amazon DURING the return window, I expected that I could at least return this if needed but the customer service agent told me to wait 4 days so that they could do an investigation. I contacted them today (as directed) but the return window expired on the 8th which was during the 4 days they told me to wait for their investigation.The customer service representative showed absolutely no empathy and was completely unhelpful. Samiya informed me that there was nothing they could do and that the product was delivered. ONLY PART OF THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED! She then cut off the conversation and left the chat without any resolution. I am furious and a loyal Amazon customer. Amazon India: I am absolutely appalled that I spent this much money on a gift and you blew me off when I tried to fix the problem that you guys caused.Now my poor nephew has a toy that doesn't even work and I am out a ton of money! I am seriously livid.
