I am a cyclist and bought a new GoPro Hero 13 to use on my bicycle. To be effective I needed a remote control and this works perfectly with my Hero 13. The supplied armband doesn't work for mounting to a handlebar, but I was able to easily rig something up with some velcro. It paired immediately with the GoPro. It is wintertime in the Pacific Northwest and this works fine with gloves and it has already withstood some rainy rides. I highly recommend this for a GoPro remote.

have it mounted in the race car which makes turning on the GoPro easy. I have a GoPro Hero 11 and it paired with no issues.

Liked the simple and immediate interface, range can be disturbed by other WiFi, teslas or people but generally worked up to 60/100’ away from the GoPro on a tripod. Most of the times you have to turn the GoPro on manually to connect with the remote. Once done you can turn on and off the GoPro from the remote or record and so on. Great to make kite videos.

Really a must have for many gopro uses like ultra slo mo and nightlapse/ timelapse and many more. Unit works well and so far I have used it 20yds away but am thinking that might be close to the limit.. Still happy with it and it paired nicely with the gopro.

The description says it is compatible with gopro hero7 as well but not true.It does not get paired up with the action camera.Please do update the description or guide to have a video for the installation/ connection with Bluetooth.
