I cannot say enough about this cute little pet. If I had one of these growing up, I would not be able to get away from it. I can see why this has been on my daughter's wish list for quite some time.There are 11 pre-set activities that, honestly, blew me away. Most amazing to me was that it actually stands on its head! When each setting is pushed, the little dog will say what it is about to do, basically telling the child what the button says. I don't want to give away everything it does as I want you to have the joy of seeing it for the first time. I will say this though. Aside from the initial commands being said, it will also play music under one setting, and make the expected dog sounds. Follow me is a fun feature and the wheels on the feet make the little pup travel well.The toy comes with everything that is needed. The instruction manual is not overwhelming at all and my daughter feels proud to consult it, though set-up is so easy one doesn't truly need to consult the manual ;) I was pleasantly surprised that the dog comes with a rechargeable battery that can be charged with a USB C cord, included, without having to take it out of the toy! If you do choose to take it out, there is a separate cord with a special adaptor that can be used to plug it in to the wall with a standard phone USB base plug.Hours of fun? Most defiantly yes! I can see why this was on my daughter's wish list and I am so thankful to see her enjoy it. Score for the parent.

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my grandniece and grandnephew to find that once unpacked, the sound does not work. I am disappointed and embarrassed as I had faith that this would bring joy to my "grands".Apparently, the window for return is over - which is even more disappointing. I would think vendors would provide a more lenient timeframe for holiday gifts.The toy is now offered at $15 less than I paid. I expect a full refund or immediate replacement sent directly to my "grands". Please contact me for details regarding either action.

This dog toy concept is great! It is overridden by a very poor battery charging system. Having to remove the battery to charge it. The battery charger in the USB-A connector is cheap! A good design should not take longer to charge the battery than to exhaust it. There should be a charging port on the dog to plug the charger in without having to remove the battery from the battery compartment.
