This thing seems to be made great, I've had it on my AK for about a year and I'm pretty rough on it but it hasn't filled me yet. It installs very easy on to unlock rails, it fits right in the grooves and you tighten up the screws. Good design the cables long enough to run across the handguard and seat into the light. I would definitely purchase again.

It’s much cheaper that real one which is good. The bezel around the button freespins and gets in the way of the button so that is no good. Overall alright I suppose.

This is a direct (Chinese) knockoff of the Hot Button, and it works perfectly. If knockoff parts or things from China offend your sensibilities, you can look into the Unity Hot Button. I think $100 is too much for a part like this, which is why I (and probably you) are here.As to this part: SF plug is nice and snug, and QC on the part is fine, too--perfect, snug fit on rail. Good piece, no obvious points of failure or anything.As to this idea: the Hot Button idea is fantastic. Its small footprint opens up a lot of possibilities for mounting, esp. if you have IR and night vision equipment hogging rail space. The 45-degree angle of the button is kinda ingenious. Recommended.

I’ve bought like 10 of these and ALL of them have worked perfectly, they haven’t all been from this company or store or whatever, and they haven’t all been this exact one. I have the Unity hot button clone picatinny one and Mlok one. I have the Unity Axon clone double button and single button. I have the Unity Mod button clone, and I have multiple of all of them and they are all great and work great!!! I don’t like buying clone versions of things I’d MUCH rather support the company, BUT when the company charges $100 to 150 bucks for a freaking tape switch that I can buy for 30 bucks off Amazon and it literally works the EXACT SAME there is a problem there, and I honestly feel they jack these prices up bc they know ppl will buy them no matter what and it’s wrong and messed up but anyways, would I recommend this, YES FORSURE YES, they work great never had a single issue out of them and they look the exact same as the real deal!!!!! 5 stars for me!!!!!

I purchased this to test drive the position and function of the Unity Hot Button, but returned this fearing that the quality would not hold up, and replaced it with the Unity. The Unity arrived defective and the replacement died within the first week. This thing ran better than the genuine article at 1/4 the price.

It looks nice at first but the pressure pad has issues and it will only work when it wants to. I was trying to use it on a surefire scout light but it's junk. Save your money and buy a good quality one instead of this cheap airsoft garbage.
