Kinder Filter is a SCAM. Don’t buy! I ordered direct from their website, and read the return policy prior to purchasing. I regret it now, and after several emails to Kinder Filter “customer service†I got no where! 1. The item shipped direct from CHINA. Buyer beware! They do not make that clear! It will take several weeks to receive it! 2. If you want to return it, which I do, the BUYER has to pay for return shipping… to THE FACTORY IN CHINA! They REFUSE to pay for return shipping! I’m sadly out $60, do yourself a favor and stay away! 3. The product was not even shipped in a shipping box, and they claim it’s low waste. It’s honesty CHEAP JUNK! PS: As you can see, the other 3 reviews on here are all written on the same day! SCAM!!!
