I purchased this Ricoh MP C5503 in August. Started having really bad paper jams in November. Then it started to streak and the color registration is off. It can't do a color registration for some reason. I have been waiting for a call from a service technician. Still no call. Don't ever buy from this company. I bought a service warranty. Rather than fix the item the warranty company issued a refund. May sound great but the refund excludes sales tax and the cost of the warranty. So I have a worthless printer and I am out over $400. The debate now is to pay to have it fixed or just buy a smaller, new printer. Should have bought new from the beginning!
