This bracelet is very comfortable, I did cut a little off the band because my wrist is very small. It shows up well and I feel confident medical personnel would notice it if need be.

I've worn this for 2 months, and it's mostly fine. But on the rare occasions where I leave it on overnight, I get a reaction to the bracelet. I assumed it was silicone, but it seems that might not be the case. The bracelet fits well and I believe would draw attention in case of emergency, but I'm going to have to find another option that won't react with my skin.

My 4 year-old grandson is autistic and has only recently began to be verbal, but is still difficult to understand when he speaks. He elopes and has done so in the past, where it was quite a scare because he couldn't speak to the nice people trying to help him get back home and they didn't know about his autism. I worry if one of his parents is incapacitated in an accident -- that emergency personnel won't know about his condition and sensitivities to better help him in an emergency. This bracelet is really well-made. It is soft silicone and stainless. Well-marked and easy to read. However, even at it's tightest setting -- it was way too big for him. I have put aside until he is able to wear it and am in the process of having one custom made for him that fits. If you're getting this for bigger kids, teens, or adults -- it should be fine. I highly recommend.
