I added these to a Valor power rack. The handles are quite thick. I like the angle of these and you can customer space them as needed and came with some threaded locking mechanism. When taking out of the box it sounded like sand was spilling out all over the floor. I am guessing this was the powder coating from where the welds are open.

Perfect grip with the ability to set your own distance between handles depending on the depth of your rack.

They should work on any squat rack with 1 inch squat bars. Very high quality, good welds & paint. The grips are really comfy. Handles are angled slightly inward or outward depending on what order you slide them on. Which is great for focusing on the triceps because your elbows won't flare out with them angled inward.

Get them. Very stable. Good mix of widths. You don't have to screw them down but you can. They don't move.

Once you get the dip bars set up, they're decent. The problem is getting them set up. You have to put both pin safeties on one side and then slot the individual holes of each bar and you slide the second pin safety one. It's not the easiest and it's a little annoying, but you'll get used to it. But all this is clearly seen in the instructional pictures and videos, so I'm not docking any stars for that. The reason I don't like these is because they just don't make sense with the rack. I have the PR 1100, and it is surprising sturdy front-to-back, but noticeably wobbly side-to-side. When I use the dip attachments on the side, my rack shakes a lot, to the point where plates are almost falling off my weight storage attachment. I am not that heavy. Had the handles been attached to the front of the rack and inserted into the holes like the J-Cups, I'm sure using this attachment would be a lot better. I am currently looking into other companies' dip attachments that are compatible with this rack, as those hook on to the front. My dip bars came a little banged up, and Rep actually gave me $25 credit for that, so props to them. I just wish the dip bars were a little better designed.

I'd been looking for some dip bars for my power rack for a long time. I don't own 1000 series rack but my safety bars are the same diameter so I took a chance on these and I'm glad I did. A quality product; the handles are nicely padded are a good width and the workmanship and finish is first rate. Shipped from the US to UK they still worked out fantastic value. Excellent.
