The color was close enough to existing shower head that nobody will notice . It is not plastic and feels like it will last a while. Happy with purchase.

Was updating tub/shower insert to walk in shower with tile and wanted a more updated look for the faucet. Because I didn't hire a plumber to redo the old and antiquated faucet plumbing, I was limited to what would fit on the existing cartridge and luckily this came in black and gave enough of an update for me. It was easy to install and the finish seems to take being handled regularly so far.

I needed to replace the handle for my Moen shower faucet. First I thought about replacing the whole thing with a brand new Moen set. I know it's not cheap, options range between $200 to $250 for a new set, so I decided to go "cheaper" way and got this handle instead. I got it on, it works, though not as good as the original. Now, I decided to go ahead and get a new set. We'll this thing is so cheap made that now I can't get out the little screw that holds it in place. It keeps spinning inside and won't come out. My only option now is to pull as hard as I can and try to break the inside plastic piece and hope I don't break anything else that will cost more money in repairs. It's been installed about a month ago. Just save yourself some time, money and nerves. I know it's a cheaper option and will work temporarily, but you'll regret it if you ever have to change it again.
