I have a new moen shower faucet a year ago. The handle always loose. Constantly had to tighten. Replace the plastic for metal and just like that not loose anymore. Yay

Very good product. It was easy to install and replace the first one (plastic) that came with the handle I bought. Metal will last the plastic one will not

The OEM part is made from plastic and loosened up on me after about 5 years. The hole the hex screw goes thru galls out. Moen only warranties their parts for one year, which is surprising considering they warranty everything else for life. This included the same screws with thread locker installed as well as the proper sized allen wrench.

I installed this because the plastic one my shower handle came with broke. Absolutely worth the price, should have been what the manufacturer supplied with the original kit. The part fit virtually identical to the original part.

I didn't like the product cause instead of having threads in the main body they are in the handle and there is too much play . Don't like it.
