I bought this to replace the dead battery in my ti84 and it worked perfectly, just came low on battery so make sure to have a charger in case.

Worked perfect. We got my daughter the TI84 calculator for school...it would only keep a 2-3 day charge. Since we'd had it for several months, the return window was closed, and TI offered to replace the battery, but the process would take several weeks. Just hopped on and ordered this for next day, and now the calculator holds a charge for a about a month!

My son’s TI calculator arrived doa with a software issue. We read that replacing the battery could correct the problem as TI was shipping them with defective batteries. This one DID resolve that problem and the calculator started to work. No opinion on the battery life yet though, haven’t had it long enough.

Installation tabs on battery did not match up with my device. It did fit with just a little bit of force.

Noticed the battery specs are different from factory (1200mAh vs 1400mAh of this knock off brand). The calculator does not charge with this battery.

I bought a brand new TI-84 Plus CE and the os message was never stop when plugged in to charge. And the calculator won't turn on when unplugged. I did some Google and followed the reset process, still didn't work. I saw someone said replacing the battery worked for them then i tried. This battery fits well, easy to install and of course saved me a trip to another to purchase another calculator.
