This battery fit my Verizon mifi 8800 perfectly. My original battery (4 years old) swelled. Verizon wanted to charge me for a new Wi-Fi device, replacement battery was not available. Verizon is not a friend, Spectrum will soon be in my area. Hughes net sucks out here

By all other accounts this battery seemed to be a great replacement for the original battery in my Mifi device - perfect fit, etc. I purchased the replacement battery because the original was starting to lose its juice - it would charge, but after several years of use you'd expect the charge to wane. However, three months after purchase of this replacement better, it drained (down to 40% while the device was turned off) and now won't charge. I'm only out ~$15, so not a big loss. This could be an anomaly as there are plenty of good reviews. You just may be taking a gamble.

Have only had this battery installed for a few days however at this point I am very happy with the purchase. The battery arrived promptly, in good condition and fits my Mifi well. Battery was only partially charged when it arrived however it took only a short time, once installed & plugged in to completely charge. The battery was just over half the price of the battery advertised by Novatel. Now if this battery doesn't expand the way my MIFIs original one did, I will be extremely happy!

The old MiFi jet pack 7700 uses these batteries. The battery bubbles up at the end of its life. This is the second battery for my old jet pack. They seem to last 4 years or so if you connect to charging frequently.This is a perfect replacement battery. I am happy I can still get batteries, as the old jet pack is still useful.
