The product cracked after being dropped on a carpet. I initiated a return, but the seller requested to send a replacement instead. Despite my reservations, I agreed. They estimated delivery within 2–3 weeks. At the end of the third week, I followed up for a shipping date and tracking number, only to be informed that the package had been “lost in shipping.†I had previously requested tracking details upon shipment, but none were provided. Overall, the product quality is subpar, and the customer service is disappointing. Buyers, proceed with caution.

the look is the same as owala but it's not leak proof. tip it over and water is dripping out
