So I received a clear plastic bag with a hole in one corner. Inside of it were two other empty bags that appeared to be the original packaging as well as 18 of the 20 caps I was supposed to have received. I'm blaming Amazon on this one rather than the manufacturer. Whether it was the FC or delivery station, I think Amazon repackaged them with 2 missing or they somehow got squished out the small hole along the way before the DSP delivered them.Regardless, it's not worth the effort to have them replaced. The 18 I received appear to be in good working order and the one I've used so far is fine and seems durable. At six bucks they're worth it even if you only get 90% of them.
