Cadillac dealer told me it would be $1800 to replace this screen so I decided to try it myself. It’s kind of a pain in the butt but there are plenty of youtube videos showing you how to do it. Took me about 4 hours, but a lot of that was time spent running back into the house to look at youtube (no wifi in my carport). If you have wifi in your work place you could sit in the car with your ipad on and the a/c running and probably cut that down to 2 hours.The screen came with trim tools to pull interior panels and a nice micro fiber cleaning cloth. No special tools needed, just a 7mm socket and a couple of screwdrivers. The display looks great and everything seems to be working like it should. Definitely recommend this if you’re inclined to DIY projects.

First of all, package arrived very quickly. Cadillac CUE replacement touch screen seems a little heavier duty than the original. Actually looks more clear and vibrant. Following installation videos on YouTube, it was tedious but not difficult. I highly recommend this seller.

Took a few hours to get the old screen out and replaced, its not too complex but requires you to disassemble most of CUE system. The quality of this screen matches the OEM perfectly. Im absolutely blown away by it for only 100$ CAD it works exactly like new. Theres no screen lag, defects or sensitivity issues. You would never know it was replaced ( 2016 srx ). Beats the dealership charging you like 2000$.

This screen works after my existing CUE screen was frozen. I had my doubts... but it does work. Viewed youtube instruction videos to assist in installing. Very difficult to install - must be about 50-75 screws to take off. Just take your time and it will work.
