We have TERRIBLE water here. It's so hard that my glass kettle will seemingly over night, look like it has dandruff on the bottom. This filter for my refrigerated drinking water Pitcher? NO residue. No disgusting flakes. None. Nada. Chemical taste? Gone. None nada. I literally can not do without these.

I have always use filtered water. This unit allows up to 3 months of service and the water is very clean and fresh

I ordered a 3 pack since it was on sale (now I know why). 2 of the 3 packs were open and looked used since it had yellow tinged stuff all over it. That's actually disgusting. Do Not recommend.

The product gets the red light within 15 days of medium usage. It's good but you have to change it twice a month.

I think they were right ones I ordered. I putit in, the red light is on whenever I pour water. I now I cannot take filter out now it is stuck.
