Was not sure it was going to work because this red replacement cord was slightly different than the original Bose cable. But I tested it and it works GREAT on my Bose QuietComfort SC Noise Cancelling Headphones. I was recently on a plane going on vacation and almost lost the black cable. So that is why I wanted a cable that is other than black. This new red cable is even a bit longer... which I like.

I was searching for a replacement cable for my son's akg wired headphones but was also looking for a cable for my Bluetooth akg headphones. The 2.5m side goes into the headphones and provides me an alternative in case I run out of power or in case I can't use the Bluetooth on the plane. Plugged it in and got some really good sound coming out of it.The cable itself seems like a really high quality piece. Good outer braided cover with a 90 degree bend on the 3.5mm side and straight in on the 2.5mm side. It's about 5 feet long (eyeballing it but I think the measurement is listed on the description).For my s6 tablet, I don't have an actual 3.5mm headphone port. I have to use a USB c adapter to get the audio. But what was a nice surprise was that all the incline buttons worked. The volume up and down and the pause/play worked without a problem. That's nice to know and to have but I probably won't make much use of this. I usually don't but it's still good to know that it works.Because I wasn't using the Bluetooth feature of my headphones, I just plugged it in and away I went. Worked great and I had to turn down the volume when I started streaming the music. I don't think quality or volume are an issue.I think I'll be getting another one for my son's headphones now that I know this works just fine. Problem with his headphones is they have a connector that must go pretty far into the headphones so I need to make sure that fits. Otherwise, I'll be picking up another.

I like the high quality, durable look and silky feel of the braided cable and it fit perfectly in Bose QC25 headphones, and had a nice solid snap as it settled in on both ends. I chose the right angle connector because I planned to use it with a laptop. However, the inline volume control seems to only function if the headset is plugged into something like my phone, not compatible with Windows OS, because it's controlling the volume on the device not the headphones. The sound does go through on PC but at max volume so I had to turn the PC down to 1. I do not have any 3.5 ports in my Android devices but luckily I did have an adapter. Testing on my phone, sound quality is great and volume controls work. The sound settings in the Android OS had to be tweaked a little because button sound effects were louder than the media at first. I can scratch the cable and it does not make feedback.

Very happy with this cable that has given new life to my Bose SoundTrue headphones.The build quality is excellent, much better than the original. Cloth insulation is smooth and attractive and resists tangling. The shielding on the 2.5mm TRRS plug is slim and fits easily in the recessed jack in the headphone body. Volume controls feel solid and responsive to the touch.If you've been searching for a good replacement cable, you won't be disappointed.

Just received the cable, the volume buttons are not working on my windows PC nor having an effect on my headphones, and i have no way to contact the seller to ask for support so... will have to return

Needed an aux cord for my Bose Comfort Quiet II headphones. I took a trip and realized I was missing out on quality sound using an aux cord on my inflight media. Bought this and the next flight, silenced crying babies, no white noise from flying just inflight entertainment in my ear holes!

Con materiales de calidad. Lo usomcon dis auriculares de distintas marcas y sin problemas, tidas las funciones sirven. Subir y bajar volumen, pausar, contestar llamadas. Muy buen producto y calidad a un precio que considero más que aceptable.
