I bought this for my office because I read that it would work on the ESI-30D. Unfortunately, it's too wide for the 30D cradle. I'm using it, but have to "hang" it on top of the phone, instead of the cradle. Other than fit, it's a very good handset. Works great.

Had 2 phones that didn't work. Replaced the hands and it was fix. Worked perfectly. Just wished I'd known sooner it was just the handsets that needed replacing
