This laptop replacement display cover included all parts needed to repair the poorly designed hinge screw anchors that often break from normal use. It included both the back and the bezel plus the hinges and even screws. The parts were wrapped in bubble pack and arrived in perfect condition. The original Dell logo is imprinted in the back. There is a plastic sheet covering the back that should remain on protecting the back until reassembly is complete.Be aware that if the laptop is not working because a cable is broken or the display is not functioning, additional parts may be needed as well as some debugging. In addition, the process of replacement requires removal of the computer back using an especially small Phillips screwdriver, manipulating the cover to release a number of plastic snaps without breaking them and some talent for working on fragile intricate items. The display hinge screws use a torx.My computer originally broke 3 weeks after purchase, under warranty. When the display back was removed it was discovered the Dell repair was done using super glue. This cover restores the computer to a like-new condition.

Needed to replace the LCD Back Cover and front Bezel after the right hinge broke free from the back cover.The kit included everything that was needed and worked perfectly. Very happy with the product, and the results.Notes for others who might be ordering this for the same reason:1. The kit does not come with any cables (and it's not supposed to, nor are they needed) - you will re-use/transfer the cables from the old unit. Its fairly easy to do the transfer.2. Absolutely use the Dell Service Manual found in the documentation section of Dell's support site for your model laptop. It contains all the steps with pictures to replace any parts for your laptop.3. Taking my time, it took a couple of hours to get the job done. However, now that I've been through the process, if had to do it again, it could probably be done in 30-45 minutes.4. LASTLY: the hinge failures are an obvious design flaw, and it is likely to happen again. So here is my recommendation: LOOSEN THE HINGE TENSION before button-ing up your laptop. You can loosen the hinges' tension via a nut on each hinge. I believe that the default/factory tightness (being too tight) is partly to blame for the hinge failures. Loosening them just a bit will go a long way to extending the life of the hinge attachment point. You will need to adjust the tension (and test) at the point in the steps just before attaching the hinge covers. Hope this is helpful!

I appreciate how quickly this arrived and used it to fix a broken hinge on an Inspiron 15 3000. That model wasn't listed in the description but it fit perfectly. Following along a YouTube video, the repair took about 2 hours. But now the laptop is back to like-new shape. I also appreciate that the hinge connects to a metal plate in this replacement kit rather than the plastic housing in the original

This came as described. I wish it has also come with the LCDscreen mounting brackets since mine had bent. I also purchased mounting tape for the screen. It took about an hour and looks and works like new! The hinges came screwed to the cover and one seemed a touch bent but didn’t make a difference after mounting.
