The part fits exactly like the original. The original black steel flame cover rusted out over 3 three years so it remains how this stainless version will preform. It definiately beats buying a new grill.

These flame tamers are a perfect fit my Nexgrill and the quality seems to be as good as the OEM ones and at a much better price. Flame tamers in general get worn out easily so there's no point in paying a high price for them. I highly recommend!
