I know that these are advertised for rolling carts and office/game chairs (side note: I can't imagine an instance where these cpuld ever actually fit a chair but whatever....), however the size indicated in the description would work in a plant caddy that I had with a broken caster. It matched the other casters and worked well. They roll fine on non-carpeted floors and have a little locking mechanism.

I bought these to replace the broken wheels on a Rubbermaid drawer stack. They didn't work for that because of the way that drawer system was designed. My bad for not checking the drawer design first.

I had two carts that needed wheels. Two of the bolts broke in half while I was turning them in. For my carts, they could not be hand turned. They needed a 12mm wrench. I drilled (with a metal drill bit) one broken bolt half out of the hole and fitted the half bolt into the hole and secured with gorilla glue. It would have been okay if another bolt hadn’t broken. Fortunately, both broken bolts were on one cart. I gave up and threw the cart away.
