I've had mine for a few months now and it's great. Easy to maintain, easy to clean, and runs really well.

I got this for our dragon who wasn't drinking enough water or really any. It was a long shot but she loved it! Water flow is light which and if you put too much water to create a little pool at the bottom it leaks because it's too full.I clean out her cage once a week and noticed every time the entire inside is very slimy and gross. Note: I always use filtered water so it's more for availability then the filter process. It's not the easiest thing to take out and a part on such a regular basis. Lots of corners and spaces that I can't get to with even a toothbrush to clean good enough.Gave it 4 stars since it has worked great for a few months now and does its job, but knocked a star off for the cleaning inconvenience. I wouldn't think it should needs such a detail deep clean so often.

My package arrived and I plugged it in and it works good! I had it running for awhile but it wasn't super quiet it made some sound witch didn't bother me but would bother light sleepers. I have a Piebald Veild Chameleon and even though it's marketed as a chameleon drinking fountain your reptile could drown! It's a hazard but like I said that didn't bother me I always am watching him. So I put it in his cage and it runs a cord so you will have to cut your cage to get the cord out that doesn't sound like a big deal but it doesn't sit outside it sits inside the cage so you need to cut your cage. It also claims about the suction Cup well that doesn't work because the bottom is where you put water so if you where to put it up the bottom would fall off. Dispite all that I put it in there and i realized sometimes all 5 holes didn't dispense water but whatever sometimes all five did but always at least three worked so I was fine. Then yesterday I've owned this for about a week it was making weird sounds so i filled it up with water and it still wasn't dispensing the water and making weird sounds so I go and clean the filter and still making weird sounds I've came to the conclusion the motor broke after two weeks... Did it help me yeah would it be worth the 50$ if it was good quality yeah but it's not it came with no instructions and like a bunch of random chameleon feeding supplies so don't buy. I'm happy I bought it so I could tell you not to and I wish I could get my money back but i can't.

I love this fountain. I use it for my crested gecko in a 18 by 18 by 24 terrarium. it fits well, but I think in anything smaller it would be a little to big. It was larger than i imagined, but that's okay. my gecko likes to chill at the top, get a drink from the side and sit in the bottom for extra moisture. I like how they designed it so they cannot drown in the bottom. This helps with humidity also. great product and not that expensive!

I have tried many ways to keep water for my chameleon. This has been a winner. He crawls down to it on it and drinks from the stream while it flows. I love that they sent two pumps and have not had to use the second one. It is easy to fill with water with out removing from the cage.

This is absolutely disgusting. The first time I cleaned it, there were several dead crickets and poop floating in the water. So nasty, but I gave it another shot and tried to cover the main “entrance” with foil- enough so that water could get through but not crickets. This didn’t work. The second time we cleaned it, it was so disgusting that we threw it out. More dead crickets, more poop, and this time nasty little larvae bugs were growing in the filter. We have a dish of cricket hydrator next to this and it didn’t work. As much as I hated the little dripper, I would take that over the nastiness that was this contraption

Its generally an OK device, but it does have a few really annoying flaws. They could have made it easier to clean by:(1) Redesigning the water return where the sponge is. Forget the sponge. Crickets will eat through it. If your reptile does his business on it, it's a goner. Plastic can be cleaned, but not this sponge. It also has a gap that leads into the water reservoir, which crickets and other mobile bugs can get into (frequently and easily in my experience).(2) Redesigning the water deposit where the waterfall begins. It also has fatal gaps which allow bugs to enter the reservoir.(3) The pump is suctioned to the base, and is attached to the top half by tube. These two halves are meant to be pulled apart to empty/refill/service it. Since the pump more or less holds them together, it's really awkward to take apart. A simple arm or leg to hold the pump so that the top half could be removed easily from the base would be stellar.I fixed (1) by using zip ties, believe it or not. I would opt to find a friend to 3D print a new plastic filter that prevents crickets from getting in.I fixed (2) by wedging a piece of tin foil behind the leaves and water deposit. It does the job. Again, a simple 3d printed part could cover up these gaps.Shortcomings aside, pretty sweet kit. Expect to clean it once a day if you feed your reptile with crickets or similar bugs. They will find a way in. With upgrades it can be cleaned twice a week or so. I would bet a week would be OK.

When the pump stopped after a year, I got a replacement super fast with a spare motor. I am extremely satisfied!

La qualità è buona ma non svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro. I miri camaleonti sono poco attratti. Con altro modello, con luci, é più efficace.
