This heat rock provides nice, even heating so far. I appreciate the built in temperature control and the LCD display for easy adjustments. I only use this when I'm in the room to monitor my leopard gecko, which is always a good practice with heat rocks as sometimes they do overheat. I spot check it with a temp gun. The material is easy to clean. I don't personally use the feeding trough for food, but I do put some water in there to help with humidity. Overall, it’s a decent basking rock, but as always, monitor your reptiles to ensure their safety and comfort.

Nice heater rock for lizards or whatever animal you have that needs some supplemental heat.Has an easy to use thermostat to control the heat rather than just a fixed temp that can sometimes be too hot.Also has a little feeder trough built in if you want to use it.Seems to be decent quality and hasn't failed yet.

I bought the smaller sized stone and of the entire surface area, only a few inches of it actually heats. Almost half is cold. Not impressed at all.

We have been using this heating rock for a couple months and it maintains an accurate temperature really well. Our gecko has enjoyed it and seems to be pretty comfortable on it. It's a great product, I would reccomend it for anyone with cold blooded pets. :)
