For the price, this scale works well for my needs, weighing herbs and medicinal mushrooms. It might be off a couple milligrams here and there, but for what I need, it's fine, especially for the price.I like the physical design, and the fact that it's AC/DC. This makes it versatile and convenient.I like the customer service, quick to respond: the first scale that I ordered was acting wacky. I contacted the company by email, and three days later a new scale was at my door, with a bonus 100 g. weight. The new scale has worked fine, for over a year now.Reshy Digital Labs has integrity. I'll be from them again.

So far, so good. One quirk is that the plug does not work if the batteries are in the battery compartment. So, it's either/or.

Machine doesn't calibrate..theirs instructions to do so but after an hour of messing with it I can't get it to function correctly....I see 3 reviews on the main pg they all say the same thing I'm saying...I can't find a phone number or website to contact the company
