For honest Review in my own words. I bought because my doctor suggested them to help with pain and they are great quality easy to use and definitely has helped. I'm not say the pain is gone but the nerve issue has demonstrated this is not a medical Review I'm just saying this is why I bought them.

I bought the Resonance set after returning the Besmory set because it arrived lacking a mallet and a wrench.The Resonance set is more expensive, but worth the money because it comes with an instructive video and a very detailed instruction book that can be downloaded. I actually downloaded it, moved it into my Kindle, and printed a copy for an interested friend. Since I am a complete beginner, that book will be very helpful.

I don't know much about healing uses of tuning forks, but played with these while watching TV the first night I got them -- and slept better than I have in ages. Maybe because of the tuning forks, maybe the power of suggestion, maybe a little of each -- but who cares, right?
