I needed a people counter to help with traffic at my business. This product detect changes in light to trigger a count. In that the product is successful. The only problem is that light is every where at all times and ever changing. So when I installed it at the door near floor level to hide it, literally any shift in light triggers a count. Had it installed and with zero people entering and leaving the building it counted 31 visits in about 5 minutes.This product is hot garbage. Don’t waste your money. Invest in a higher end product that has more safeguards and accuracy.

I used to have a visitor counter of a different brand, but it broke down, so I needed to replace it with something as soon as possible. I chose this one because it was affordable and the seller promised fast delivery. It did come very fast and I was able to start using it on that same day. Didn’t take much effort to install, it’s all quite obvious, I didn’t even read the instructions. It works well, I’m satisfied. We’ll see how it lasts.

Simple and efficient. Counts accurately, sensitive, requires special lighting conditions. If your location meets the requirements, it will work for you just perfectly. Great investment for under $100.

Detects any motion anywhere near it. No accurate and really of no value unless you have a low traffic area. People walking out in front of the doors to my business get counted, not just the door swings.

Extremely sensitive! It picks up everything including shadows and light that reflects off the floor. It does count people alright, but it’s just too complicated. Next time I would rather order a more expensive counter that won’t make me tie myself into knots trying to figure out how to make it work.

Too sensitive. It counts sun lights and shadows. I’ll buy bidirectional infared one.

I researched a lot before settling on this counter. I couldn’t find a better offer at this price. It does have some issues, but nothing critical. And yes, it won’t work for everybody, there have to be specific lighting conditions on your venue. If you’re in doubt, you should contact the seller for more detailed information. Also, be prepared to struggle a bit with installation and adjustment.

I bought 2 of these to collect stats on people in and out of my library. One is still working and the other is not. I use a paperclip every morning to reset - the hole is tiny so there is no other option and I have always made sure to be gentle. I am the only one to reset the counters so I know they haven't been handled roughly. The button inside that is clicked came loose from the board rendering the device useless. For almost $100 I expected to get years of usage, not months. I have had them 7 months.

For $120 you would think it would be a more consistent product. It came with a large splotch on the screen.I tried it for hours and you could watch it count up as nothing went past, I thought maybe the lights in my area were causing it but moved it to a different area with different lights and that didn't change it.I chose to return this and go with a Digital LED Counter +PhotoElectric Switch

Absolutely rubbish purchase and a total waste of money. £75 for something that looks £5. So flimsy. You have to poke it with a paperclip (as suggested on the 'manual') but we own a shop and have to reset it every day. Nothing has been supplied with it to properly reset it and naturally, after doing this every day, it's worn as the little hole to reset is tiny and hard to see. I am so annoyed it has stopped working and I have wasted a large amount of money on such a crap product. Won't be seeing that money again.. Cross to say the least.

Der Zaehler ist nicht genau und verbraucht enorm viel Batterien. Absolut nicht tauglich fuer die praktische Anwendung. Wuerde ich nicht nochmal kaufen.

Acheté pour compter le nombre de visiteur à une manifestation professionnelle. Sympa, sensible et détecte à tous les coups.L’appareil est très compact et discret, s'accroche avec une vis au mur ou avec du double face qui est fourni.Très bien et rapport qualité prix imbattable.
